PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain improvement in services by performing incoming regulation control, including intention on the part of a call-originating side. SOLUTION: A storage part 11 stores the identification information of a transmitting source. When a signal received at incoming time contains the identification information of the transmitting source stored in the storage part 11 and information concerning setting of a calling method, a control part 10 performs control, to execute calling with a calling method determined by the information concerning setting of the calling method.
