SOFTWARE INTRODUCING/UPDATING METHOD AND PERIPHERAL EQUIPMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a software introducing method to easily select software and enhance maintainability of a network by storing software such as a driver software in related peripheral equipment and installing the software from the peripheral equipment to a terminal and the peripheral equipment to use the software introducing method. SOLUTION: The software introducing method and the peripheral equipment are provided with a software introduction process to take out the software specified by a software transmission request received from the terminal from a storage device and to transmit the software to the terminal and a software update process to take out the software from a storage place of the software acquired from the terminal and to store the software in the storage device.
