PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form oil cooling and/or temperature adjusting device requiring minimum incorporating space. SOLUTION: In this device for adjusting the temperature of a transmission oil, a structural part 10 attachable to a heat exchanger 14 in the flange form, the structural part has an oil passage 18 connectable to an oil outlet of the heat exchanger, a housing 21 of a constant temperature work member 22 is projected into the oil passage, a work piston 26 of the work member is joined to valves 27, 28 housed in the structural member 10, and the valves are arranged between at least one inflow part 29 for refrigerants and an inlet 37 to the heat exchanger.
