<p>DC plasma generator for generation of a non-local, non-equilibrium plasma at high pressure (atmospheric pressure) is described. The device comprises two electrodes, a DC voltage generator for generating a DC voltage between the two electrodes, thus creating an electric field between the electrodes, and a magnetic field generator for generating a magnetic field perpendicular to the electric field. The crossed electric and magnetic fields distribute the plasma.</p> |
