A method and a computer arrangement provided with at least a processor and memory for storing information, the processor being arranged to perform the following functions: receiving information from a client, establishing a general profile of said client based on said information and storing said general profile in said memory; establishing a plurality of profile extensions based on said information and storing said profile extensions in said memory, each of said profile extensions being associated with a distinct skill of said processor, a skill being defined as an action to be taken by said processor in conjunction with a query received from said client.
