PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that there is troublesomeness in shifting to settlement request from balance inquiry after securing security in a conventional a settling method by which cashless settlement is performed based on the account balance and a purchase price. SOLUTION: Only when a password or an identification number inputted from a portable terminal is judged to be correct, a selection picture for selecting the balance inquiry and the settlement request is displayed on the display part of the portable terminal. When the balance inquiry is selected from the selection picture, it is shifted to the settling request without inputting of the password after then, thereby it is possible to shift from the balance inquiry to the settlement request simply while securing security. |
