SKILL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND COMPUTER READABLE RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely obtain information on the skill of a staff and to effectively use obtained/registered information. SOLUTION: Skill information such as the business experience, the business history and the obtained qualification of the respective staffs are registered in DB16 by the self-report of the staffs. For diagnosing the skill of the staff, a condition (skill's inventory) corresponding to the business of the staff is set and a question based on the skill's inventory is generated. It is registered in DB15 as a test question. The test of the staff is conducted on a Web site 17 by using the test question. A skill certificate is generated based on an answer from the staff and it is registered in DB16. Thus, the skill certificate and skill information can be used as the tool of a talent development plan and project team organization.
