PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply position information to a user by a mobile communication system. SOLUTION: When the user connects a vehicle-mounted navigation device or the like for detecting latitude/longitude data to a mobile station and transmits the latitude/ longitude data and the data of reception conditions being measured by the mobile station to a base station side, the base station side associates the latitude/longitude data with the information of reception conditions for storing in a database 12 as position data, and further an accounting part 19 discounts the utilization rate of the mobile communication system to the user who contributed to the formation of the database by a specific discount rate. Also, when only the mobile station transmits the information of reception conditions to the base station side, position data already stored in the database 12 is searched for based on the information of reception conditions at the base station side, latitude/longitude data corresponding to the information of searched reception conditions is transmitted to the mobile station, and further the utilization charge of the mobile communication system is for example discounted at another, specific discount rate by the accounting part 19. |
