PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle head-up display constituted to form virtual images free of distortion in the front of a front windshield by adequately setting the change in the curvature of the reflecting surface of a concave mirror in compliance with the change in the curvature of the front windshield. SOLUTION: The region of the front windshield parting in the transverse direction from the center of the front windshield when viewed from the driver's eyes by a prescribed angle within a range of 20 to 30 deg. from the display center 11 of an inside surface part 10a corresponding to the visual field region of the driver has a change rate of about 1.4 times the curvature of the display center 11. The segment of the reflecting surface 32 of the concave mirror 30 parting in the transverse direction described above by the prescribed angle viewed from the focus of the reflecting surface from the refection center 31a thereof has the change rate of the magnification within the range of 1.04 to 1.08 of the curvature of the reflection center 31a in this curvature.
