PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outlet chamber for an air-conditioning system having a mechanism, capable of preventing whistling sound from being increased, shutting off air volume from the outlet chamber and changing air volume through throttling. SOLUTION: The outlet chamber 22 for the air-conditioning system is connected to an air-conditioner body via a duct 19 and is provided with a ventilation path opened to a room to be air conditioned. An inner wall 30 crossing the interior of the ventilation path and a shutter 35 capable of being slid on the inner wall 30 to shut off the path and provided with protrusions 42a, 42b are provided. When the shutter 35 is slid to positions for partially opening the path and fully closing the path, pressing springs 64, 65, 66 are brought into contact with the protrusions 42a, 42b so as to press the shutter 35 to the inner wall 30 side.
