PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control valve having the flow dividing compensation on a return passage in a directional selector valve having the flow dividing compensation which can prevent the flow-out of the pressure oil from a detection passage of the maximum signal pressure, and simplify and miniaturize a valve structure. SOLUTION: A pair of load check valves are disposed on a pair of actuator passages 11 and 12, and a pair of normal-close type control valves 21a and 21b are disposed on return passages 11 and 12 for connecting actuators 6 and 7 to a tank 5 not via the directional selector valve 8. Signal passages 15a and 15b for detecting the downstream pressure of meter-in variable restrictions 9a and 9b of the directional selector valve as the signal pressure on the upstream side of the load check valves and check valves 24a and 23b having springs for detecting the signal pressure as the maximum signal pressure when the signal pressure is higher than the maximum signal pressure are provided. The pressure of the signal passages 15a and 15b is applied to the valve- opening direction of the control valves, and the maximum signal pressure and the force of the springs 23a and 23b are applied to the valve-opening direction of the control valves.
