PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembled-type backup device using the hard disk of high performance, which makes backup data to be safe and reduces power consumption, with simple constitution of selecting specified HDD(hard disk drive) when accessing a drive. SOLUTION: A switch means 3 operating only the specified hard disk drive in a plurality of hard disk drives 2 is arranged. A power source part and a data bus are integrated into one body and it is connected to each of the hard disk drives 2 by switching them.
