<p>An electronic money transaction system in which electronic money data about the repayment amount is created in response to a demand for repayment sent from a user, and the data is sent directly to an IC card. Therefore the user can receive the repayment amount as electronic money on the spot. It is unnecessary for the user to pay electronic money from the user's account of a financial institution to the IC card, so that the convenience of the user is enhanced.</p> |
