PURPOSE: A driving method of an electro-optical panel, an electro-optical device and an electronic apparatus are provided to improve the quality of image in changing the field frequency dynamically by outputting a control signal according to remaining time of voltage. CONSTITUTION: Control lines(4a) are arranged corresponding to scanning lines(3a) in the image display area. TFTs(Thin Film Transistor)(50,51), a pixel electrode(9a) and a storage capacitor(52) are arranged at the intersection of a data line(6a) and the scanning line. The TFT is turned on and off by applying a control signal through the control line. A timing signal generating circuit(300) activates the control signal SC when a field frequency is not higher than 60Hz, and deactivates the control signal SC when a field frequency is above 60Hz. The connection of the storage capacitor and the pixel electrode is controlled according to the control signal.
