PURPOSE: A fluctuation and scattering preventing device of fuel in a fuel tank is provided to prevent the fluctuation and scattering of the fuel in a fuel tank and to reduce the noise by moving a plate with the surface of the fuel along a guide bar. CONSTITUTION: A fluctuation and scattering preventing device of fuel comprises a fuel tank(10) formed by welding an upper panel(12) with a lower panel(13), a guide bar(20) fixed on the inner faces of the upper panel and the lower panel and formed perpendicular in the fuel tank, and a plate(30) horizontally formed in the fuel tank and fitted with the guide bar through a penetrated hole. The plate floats on the surface of the fuel in the fuel tank. The plate restrains the fluctuation and scattering of the oil in the fuel tank while moving upward and downward along the surface of the fuel in the fuel tank.
