PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet material for house wrap or roof ground cover having good balance of air-proof performance, moisture-permeable performance and water-proof performance and excellent in mechanical characteristics and endurance. SOLUTION: This laminated sheet for house wrap or roof ground cover is obtained by bonding a non-woven fabric (A) having <=30 g/m2 weight and composed of an olefinic polymer ultrafine fiber with <=5 μm average fiber diameter to a spun bond non-woven fabric (C) having >=30 g/m2 weight and composed of an olefinic polymer fiber on the face by a hot-melting type non- woven fabric (B).
