PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a system which enables data such as vital information on a patient to easily be browsed. SOLUTION: A client 201, a server 201, and a host 202 are connected together on a network; and the client 201 has a sensor which measures information as the index of the health state of a patient and a means which transfers vital information from the sensor to the server 203, which has a means for statistically storing and rearranging the vital information transferred from the client 201. Then the host 202 has a means for browsing the vital information stored and rearranged on the server 202.
