<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for sports club management which enables a user at home to receive instruction in training without taking the trouble to visit a sports club. SOLUTION: A server 1 is administrated by a sports-club administrator and has a database 2. This server 1 and user terminals 3 are connected together through the Internet 4. When a user inputs goal values of training through a user terminal 3, an instructor generates a training menu for the inputted goal. When the user inputs the quantity of training that the user had according to the training menu and the physical states (weight, bodily fat rate, etc.), after the training through the user terminal, the server makes a graph display on the user terminal 3 while the quantity of the training and the physical states inputted from the user terminal 3 are made to correspond to the goal values.</p> |
