<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that operator's load for confirming or instructing the contents of a work which is congestive at night is increased in the case of telephone contact of work between a power command system and a site. SOLUTION: The power command system is provided with a work processor 8 having an audio response means allowed to be connected to a portable telephone set 2 carried by a person in charge of work through a line and capable of executing calling/answering processing, speech recognition from the telephone set 2 and transmitting a synthetic sound to the telephone set 2. A processing part 5A of an I/O server 5 registers working information and a processing part 5C executes a response of telephone number correctness check due to contact from the telephone set 2, a response of a working number, check of the working number by the pushbutton depression of the telephone set 2, the reception of a working sort, the validity check of a working procedure on the basis of voice recognition and sound synthesis, and in the case of starting work or ending the work, the validity of the work is checked by allowing respective processing parts 5B, 5D to control the monitor of service interruption in a working section, the monitor of pressurization and the monitor of locking of equipment to which power is interrupted.</p> |
