PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a photoelectric conversion device which prevents a drop in yield in a nondefective inspection after the photoelectric conversion device is assembled in a package. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method is provided with a process wherein a light receiving element is attached to a housing container and the light receiving element and the housing container are electrically connected, a process wherein a glass cover is temporarily sealed to the housing container without being bonded and a temporarily fixed product is formed, a nondefective inspection process wherein the temporarily fixed product is measured and a nondefective or a defective is judged, and a process wherein the glass cover of the temporarily fixed product judged to be the nondefective in the nondefective inspection process is bonded to the housing container without opening the temporary sealing after the inspection process. |
