PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system by which communication between specific communication parties are smoothly conducted without the need for a burden of a communication charge of a caller. SOLUTION: The accounting transfer system 1 uses accounting information stored by an accounting system 3 of a communication enterprise in a conventional communication job and accounting transfer information by the acceptance of a receiver side provided from a service center 5 to transfer part of the communication charge of the caller to the receiver side and imposes the result. Thus, the communication between specific parties is conducted under a predetermined condition setting without imposing the charge of communication charge on the caller. Furthermore, since the system adopts a configuration of transferring the accounting posteriorly, the communication is smoothed without the need for troublesome procedure such as a collect call. |
