PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a change gear capable of realizing multispeed change for smooth speed change and miniaturizing with a simple structure. SOLUTION: Center gears A, B, C capable of rotating around rotation centers A', B', C' are arranged axially in different positions to have the rotation centers of the center gears next to each other separated. Intermediate gear mechanism parts I-1-2, I-1-3, I-2-2, I-2-3 forming several turning force transfer paths between ones next to each other of the center gears A, B, C are mounted. The intermediate gear mechanism parts comprise engaging gears a3, b3, c3; a4, b4, c4 working with the center gears, coaxial to each other and rotatable around the rotation centers abc3', abd4', and forming connected pairs via clutches CL3, CL4; CL5, CL6. A change gear ratio of turning force transfer from the center gear A to the center gear C is selected by controlling the clutches.
