PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form a pipe having a desired inner diameter and a desired cross section. SOLUTION: A pipe Q having a desired inner diameter is formed by connecting a predetermined number of pipe peripheral wall construction member P for constituting the pipe peripheral wall to one another. Each of the pipe peripheral wall construction members P is constituted of a pipe peripheral wall construction part 11 having a length corresponding to a pipe length at a predetermined width, and connection parts 12, 13 arranged at both ends in a width direction of the pipe peripheral wall construction part 11 for connecting the pipe peripheral wall construction members P to each other. The pipe is formed so as to connect the pipe peripheral wall construction members P to each other by the connection parts 12, 13. The number of the pipe peripheral wall construction members correspond to the desired inner diameter.
