<p>The invention relates to an electrochemical battery cell comprising a negative electrode, an electrolyte and a positive electrode (15). One electrode comprises a flat, electronically conductive substrate (11), on which an active material (22) is electrolytically deposited when charging or discharging the cell. A laminar composite (14) provided with a first layer that contacts the substrate (11) and with a second layer located at a distance from the substrate (11) is attached to said substrate (11). The first layer is a porous, non-electronically conductive deposition layer (12), which is structured and arranged in such a manner that the active material (22), from the surface (21) of the substrate (11), penetrates inside its pores and is further deposited there. The second layer is a barrier layer (13), which is impermeable to the active material but is permeable to ions.</p> |
