PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyamide elastomer which is excellent in elastic recovery and can give a thick-walled molding in a simple and convenient manner by monomer casting. SOLUTION: The polyamide elastomer molding comprises a polyamide resin obtained by reacting (a) 100 pts.wt. cyclic amide, (b) 5-40 pts.wt. polyester polyol, and a compound having at least two hydroxy groups and a mol.wt. of 200 or lower and has an elastic recovery of 80-100%. The elastic recovery is obtained by preparing a No.2 dumbbell test specimen of the polyamide resin, putting bench marks at the positions 10 mm apart from the center toward the both ends of the specimen, elongating the specimen by 20 mm with a tensile tester at a moving speed of a specimen grab of 500 mm/min, immediately returning the grab to the original position at the same speed, measuring the distance L (mm) between the bench marks at the moment, and calculating by the equation: [20-(L-20)]/20×100.
