PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analog port incoming call transfer system that transfers an incoming call arrived in an analog port to the other analog port. SOLUTION: A CPU 10 recognizes a telephone number included in incoming call information from an ISDN channel. When the telephone number indicates a number to specify an analog port 21 listed in an analog port identification table 15, the CPU 10 detects a state of the analog port 21 from an SLIC 7 and an analog port control section 8, and references a transfer table 17 to transmit an incoming call signal to an analog port 20 when an analog terminal 201 connected to the analog port 21 is busy even when the telephone number specifies the telephone number of the analog port 21. When the analog port 21 is not busy, the CPU 10 transmits the incoming call signal to the analog port 21, and stops the transmission of the call signal to the analog port 21 when the CPU 10 cannot obtain a reply from the analog terminal 201 within a prescribed time and the CPU 10 transmits the incoming call signal to the analog port 20.
