PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely measure a component even when it is small-sized by using a plane measurement jig and to measure the characteristic even when the component is not in an independent component state. SOLUTION: A ground electrode that almost entirely covers the entire face is formed to a lower side of a dielectric board 1, resonator electrodes 11, 12, 13 are placed on its upper side, external lead electrodes 21, 23 are connected to the 1st stage resonator electrode 11 and the final stage resonator electrode 13, and an upper side ground electrode 51 conducted to the lower side ground electrode is placed at the side of the external lead electrode. Through the configuration above, a grounded coplanar structure can be adopted for an input/output section.
