PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fence having at least two of the blindfold, natural lighting and ventilating functions, improving an automation rate of assembling work and easy in assembling. SOLUTION: In this fence by installing a panel 2 between left and right columns 1 and 1, the panel 2 has a plate-like grating frame 5 by vertically and laterally juxtaposing longitudinal directional opening parts 4 and longitudinally oscillating waveform shielding plates 3, and the shielding plates 3 are respectively arranged in different height positions of the laterally juxtaposed opening parts 4, and belly parts 9 of the shielding plates 3 are arranged in a state of longitudinally alternately projecting in the horizontal direction to the grating frame 5, and node parts 8 of the shielding plates 3 are connected to a longitudinal sash bar 7 of the grating frame 5.
