PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control structure of a high-rise towery tower capable of restraining dynamic deformation and static deformation of an upper part of the high-rise towery tower by an earthquake and a strong wind. SOLUTION: In this high-rise towery tower 100 composed of a lower structure 10 constructed on a foundation Ft and an upper structure 20 constructed further upward more than the upper end 10a of the lower structure from the periphery of an upper part 10b of the lower structure and having the towery ratio not less than 5, plural parts rockably supporting a height directional intermediate part of the upper structure 20 on the upper end of the lower structure 10 and below the rocking center O of the upper structure 20 and plural parts below the rocking center of the upper part of the lower structure 10 opposed to the parts, are connected via a vibration control device 40, and relative displacement generated between the upper part of the lower structure and the upper structure and force generating the relative displacement are absorbed by the vibration control device 40. Thus, vibration of the high-rise towery tower to an earthquake and a strong wind can be efficiently reduced.
