PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation control panel allowed to perform both opening operation and operation preparing operation of a cover member by one operation by a single key in mechanical parking facilities. SOLUTION: This operation control panel is provided with an operation panel body 2, plural push-button switches 4, a single power switch 7 for simultaneously performing ON/OFF operation of a power source and unlocking operation of the cover member 6 and the cover member 6 for opening and closing the operation panel body 2, and is constituted such that a key hole 8 for inserting the key of the power switch 7 and the push-button switches 4 are arranged on a front face 3 of the operation panel body 2, and the push-button switches 4 are hidden by the cover member 6 in a state of closing the cover member 6, and the key hole 8 is exposed.
