PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain both a thermoplastic resin composition capable of providing an agricultural film excellent in low-temperature, anti-fogging properties, and duarability of the anti-fogging properties, reduced in a stickiness and excellent in antistatic properties with slight lowering of transparency caused by bleedout a material added, and to provide the agricultural thermoplastic resin film using the resin composition. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition is obtained by compounding 0.5-5 wt.% of one or more kinds selected from the group of an anti-fogging agent A represented by the following formula (1) (wherein, R1 denotes an 8-22C alkyl group, an 8-22C alkenyl group or an 8-22C acyl group; R2 and R3 denote each hydrogen atom or an acyl group; a and b denote each an integer of >=1 so as to provide a+b=2-20; and n denotes 2 or 3) and an anti-fogging agent B which is a neutral salt of the anti-fogging agent A with an organic acid and 0.2-2 wt.% of an anti-fogging agent C represented by the following formula (2) R4-O-(CnH2nO)dH (2) (wherein, R4 denotes an 8-22C alkyl group, an 8-22C alkenyl group or an 8-22C alkylphenol group; d denotes an integer of 1-20; and n denotes 2 or 3).
