The invention relates to means for collecting and analysing information on working conditions of widely used appliances and makes it possible to extend the scope of a system for collecting and analysing said information. Said system comprises individual devices for receiving information which are connected to a data transmission network. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that a digital cellular communication system of any level is used as a data transmission network. Said information is transmitted as a part of a data packet from an individual device by means of a logical control link of the aerial interface of said digital cellular communication system. The data packets are sent to a data processing centre by means of said communication environment.
