PURPOSE: Return structure of a parking lever for a disk brake is provided to prevent a return spring from being separated from a housing in turning the parking lever repeatedly, and to lengthen a life span by applying tension of the return spring and rotating the parking lever at the same direction. CONSTITUTION: A return apparatus of a parking lever(2) is composed of a fixing piece(4) protruded in the rear part of the parking lever installed in a housing(1); and a return spring(3) fixed in the fixing piece and the parking lever and applying tension at the same direction with rotation of the parking lever. The life span of the parking brake is extended by preventing the return spring from being displaced from the housing in repeatedly rotating the parking lever.
