EMULSION OF PERFLUORORGANIC COMPOUNDS FOR MEDICAL PURPOSES, METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAID EMULSION AND METHODS FOR CURING AND PREVENTING DISEASES WITH THE AID OF THE EMULSION

The inventive emulsion of perfluororganic compounds (PFOC) has gas-transport properties, used for intravascular injection and comprises perfluorocarbon which is easy to remove from an organism, and perfluortertiary amine which is hard to remove from an organism, in addition to not less than three PFOC additives which are chosen in small quantities. Said additives are close to the main components with respect to the structure and physical and chemical properties thereof, and produce a range of PFOC having gradually fluctuating properties. Said emulsion also comprises minor additives of perfluoroalcane. The composition determines the stability of the emulsion during storage and in the blood flow, in addition to low viscosity of the PFOC emulsion, thereby providing a high dynamic oxygen capacity of the preparation and improving the supply of oxygen to tissues. In order to produce the emulsion, the stabilising agent is heated at a temperature of up to 75 DEG C. All components are saturated with carbon dioxide and homogenisation is carried out when the carbon dioxide is injected, thereby minimising the occurrence of peroxides and reducing reactogenicity.
