PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PC support service method having high optional functions targeted to PC beginners, etc., and to provide its system. SOLUTION: This support service is performed, in such a manner that a user side computer (10) is connected to a support side computer (20) via a communication line (30). When the computer (10) is connected to the computer (20) through the communication line and a support button (14) is operated, the computer (10) can share input-output data with the computer (20). The computer (10) has a means for performing two-way conversation with the computer (20) and a means for displaying image information transmitted from the computer (20) on the screen; and the computer (20) has a means for performing two-way conversion with the computer (10), a means for photographing a person in charge of the support service who is operating the computer (20) and the keyboard and transmitting their images to the computer (10), and a means for displaying the input-output data transmitted from the computer (10). |
