PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily reserve a broadcast program by a portable terminal. SOLUTION: The individual information of a user is stored in a server connected with a network, so that a program is selected from among multi-channel broadcasting programs. The result is indicated by the user's portable terminal, and the necessary program is selected by the user himself/herself, and thereafter the result is also stored in an personal information part of the user.
