PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof door device having a simple structure, requiring simple installation work, and having excellent waterproofness in spite of simple handling. SOLUTION: Waterproof materials 11, 12, 13 made of rubber or the like are provided on the faces brought into contact with door stop sections on both sides of a door 8 and the lower edge of the door 8, and hook projections 9 are provided at both upper and lower sides of the door 8. U-shaped hook frames 1a and 1b concurrently serving as door stops and coupled with the hook projections 9 are provided on walls 2a and 2b on both sides. A series of rail-like watertight protruded stripes 4 are provided on the door stop sections of the hook frames 1a and 1b and on a floor 3 facing the lower edge of the door 8. Cutouts 7 into which the hook projections 9 can be inserted are provided at the lower sections of the hook frames 1a and 1b, and wedges 6' are provided on their lower inner faces.
