The device (1) consists of a spring-elastic contact element (L1) in electrical contact with both conductors under tension. The contact element is of lamella form with two contact surfaces (KF) offset with respect to a vertical projection. The force applied by the contact element to the conductors (4,5) via the contact surfaces results essentially from the spring elasticity of the section (KA) between the contact surfaces. The contact element is part of a plug connector part for contacting by other electrically conducting arrangements (6).
