A beverage container (20) includes an easy cleaning upper panel (23) which has a flat opening portion (231) and a lifting portion (232), wherein the flat opening portion (231) can prevent dirt from accumulating in the ring shaped indented groove formed around the upper panel of conventional beverage containers. An enlarged gap (24) is sufficiently provided between the lifting portion (232) on the upper panel and the lifting ring (31), so that the consumer can easily grip the lifting ring. A protective film (40) is detachably attached on the upper panel so that the consumer may simply remove the film to obtain a clean panel surface for consuming the beverage.
