PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print ordering system and its method by which a user in a restaurant can readily obtain a printed matter with a high resolution without the need for a wait time by using an electronic camera to transmit image print information through wireless communication. SOLUTION: The print ordering system comprises: an electronic camera 10 having a print designation means (an operation switch group 37) that designates print ordering data including an image to be printed and information of the number of prints or the like and having a communication means 48 for near distance wireless communication that transmits wirelessly the print ordering data; a cooking ordering device 50 that has an entry means 62 entering information of cooking or the like ordered by a user, having a near distance wireless communication means 65 that receives image data and the print order data, and having a communication means 65 (transmission means) that transmits the cooking order data, the received image data and the print order data; and a printer 80 having a communication means 84 (reception means) that receives the transmitted image data and print order data and having a printer 92 (print means) that prints out the received image data and print order data. |
