PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem such that the recycling hysteresis of a recycled article is not clear, then, an accurate and rapid recycling work is not accomplished. SOLUTION: A control apparatus is constituted of the recycled article 10 equipped with a non-contact type IC card for write and read with recycle control data recorded, a reader/writer 20 for writing/reading the recycling control data from/to the non-contact type IC card 11, and a host computer 30 for controlling the reader/writer 20, and the recycling control data on the recycled article 10 are fed back based on a enquiry signal from the reader/writer 20, then, the soil of the recycled article and the recycling situation can be easily confirmed in a packed state, irrespective of changes of recycling trader and a working place, then, the rapid recycling work is accomplished. |
