PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize an IC card personal history system which can easily generate a personal history, enables a company to easily retrieve history information on a job seeker when offering a job, and can guarantee the reliability of the contents of the history information. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a reader/writer 2 which reads data out of an IC card 1 stored with individual's history information and writes the data, a personal computer 3 which controls the reader/writer 2, and a communication line 5 which connects the IC card 1, the reader/writer 2, the personal computer 3 or the like making the personal computer 3 as the terminal to each other and secretly communicates data. |
