DEVICE OF SETTING BASE FOR COOLING NOTEBOOK PERSONAL COMPUTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb the heat from a central processing unit of a notebook personal computer so as to reduce a rise in the temperature of the computer, and also to enable simultaneous connection of a plurality of peripheral devices to the computer. SOLUTION: A setting base 1 having dimensions large enough to set the notebook personal computer PC is formed and the base 1 is provided with a holding part 2 of which the upper side is open. A thermally conductive closed vessel 3 filled with a molten salt 3c having a melting point higher than an environmental temperature in the use of the computer PC is held in the holding part 2 removably. The setting base 1 is fitted with a unit 4 for connection between the notebook personal computer and the peripheral devices, and a plurality of connection terminals 4a are juxtaposed in the unit 4 so that they are exposed on the lateral side part 1a of the base 1.
