PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the burden on an employee due to the destination management and also to easily and surely display the employee's destination. SOLUTION: A name plate is provided with a radio device NP. When an access point AP starts its communication with the device NP, the point AP notifies a destination control unit CU of the start of communication with the device NP. The unit CU detects the current position of the device NP from the set position of the point AP that has notified the unit CU of the start of communication. When a person to be managed inputs his/her destination to the device NP in vice, this destination information is sent to a nearby point AP via a short distance radio communication interface and then notified to the unit CU from the point AP via a communication line 2. Then it is decided that an employee is moving to his/her notified destination position from the notified destination and the current position of the employee. Under such conditions, the employee's destination is displayed on a terminal T in an under- movement mode and also the time required for reaching the notified destination position is displayed.
