<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely answer a questionnaire and perform voting by using a portable telephone set and the other portable communication terminal. SOLUTION: When the result of questionnaire investigation by an investigator, which is performed by using the portable communication terminal 10, is transmitted to the Web server 20 of a main office side on a real time basis, the result of questionnaire investigation, which is transmitted on a Web server 20-side, is registered in a data base 21 at every questionnaire item.</p> |
