PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for browsing a construction verification photograph by which registration of a construction photograph ledge to a server of the Internet, and the browsing of the ledger from the server can be performed speedily and services for registering persons and browsing persons can be effectively provided. SOLUTION: Construction verification photographs 2 are decentralized and registered as photograph data on servers 6 and 6b from a terminal machine 5 of a constructor through the Internet and construction explanatory documents 3 which should be added to the construction verification photographs are registered as document data on a server 7 other than the servers 6a and 6b from the terminal machine 5 through the Internet; and the document data from the document registration server 7 are displayed on the screen of the terminal machine 8 of the constructor and the photograph data from the photograph registration servers 6a or 6b are displayed on the screen of the terminal machine 8 in response to the calling of the document data, so that the construction explanatory document 3 based upon the document data and the construction verification photograph 2 based upon the photograph data are displayed at the same time.
