SYSTEM FOR TRANSMITTING FAILURE INFORMATION OF ENTERTAINMENT APPARATUS IN PASSENGER TRANSPORTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restore an expected comfortable entertainment service quickly for passengers without bothering an attendant or a person in charge of airline upon failure of an entertainment apparatus. SOLUTION: A central controller (PESC) 18 performs failure diagnosis of a distributor (ADB) 15, each seat electronic apparatus (SEC) 12 and each passenger control unit(PCU) 11 and delivers information of the results of failure diagnosis from a machine body side central controller 300 to a mobile transmission station 400. The information of the results of failure diagnosis is delivered from the mobile transmission station 400 through a communication relay station 2000 toward a service division 3000. At the service division 3000, the information of the results of failure diagnosis is analyzed and a processing for determining a next target airport 4000 for transporting an alternative apparatus or a processing for determining an optimal solution or a next optimal solution for replacing the failed apparatus with the alternative apparatus in a shortest time is executed.
