PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for reading and retrieving real time guest room use information of a leisure hotel such as a motel and individual leisure hotel information from a portable terminal by which a user customer can obtain the guest room use situation and individual information of the respective leisure hotels in an area where he desires to stay at any time and from any place. SOLUTION: Respective guest room selection panels installed in the leisure hotel such as the motel are picture-recognized by using a photographing device. Picture data is transmitted to a personal computer server which is separately disposed via the Internet. The personal computer server has the individual information data bases of the leisure hotels and a map data base. Vacancy information and individual information of the leisure hotels are displayed on a home page site generated on the personal computer server based on transmitted picture data. The use customer reads and retrieves the site by using the carrying portable terminal and obtains various information on the leisure hotel such as the motel.
