PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking mechanism of a device for drawing out and using a moving body stored in a housing in which the parts number is small, and a pin member smoothly moves in a cam groove. SOLUTION: A heart cam 16 and the cam groove are formed on an upper surface of a projecting part 15 on a back side of the moving body 13. A first torsion spring 23 and a second torsion spring 24 are fitted to the rear inner part of the housing 12. When the moving body 13 is pressed into the housing 12, the pin member 26 formed on an end of the first torsion spring 23 is urged toward the upper surface of the projecting part 15 by the spring force of a winding part 25, and urged to one side by the twist of the winding part 25. As a result, the pin member 26 is moved along a regular route of the cam groove of the heart cam 16. The second torsion spring 24 is abutted on the back side of the moving body 13 to urge the moving body 13 in the drawing-out direction.
