SOLUTION: The outdoor pipe shaft 1 is formed of a main body 2 having an almost U-shaped horizontal cross section with two corner portions outwardly expanded therefrom, and external wall surface materials 3, 3, and 4 stuck to three side surfaces of the main body 2. In this pipe shaft 1, an inspection hole 5 is formed in at least one side surface.
